Innovation at AT&T through Design Thinking

As technology trends move towards more innovation and being “the first” to market, AT&T holds a solid position in leading the industry with the latest technologies. AT&T prides itself off of hiring fresh new talent, increasing diversity and diverse skill sets, as well as utilizing innovative processes, like Design Thinking, to ideate and innovate. Nicole Slay is Co-President of AT&T’s Advocates for Women in Tech- Atlanta Chapter and holds a role as a Scrum Master within Technology Development at AT&T. She is from Decatur, GA and graduated from The University of Alabama with a major in Management Information Systems. She is also an Innovation Lead at AT&T. She is currently pursuing a MBA at North Carolina A&T State University.

Bria Lowe serves as the Technical Acumen Chair for the Atlanta chapter of AT&T’s Advocates for Women in Tech. After graduating from the University of Alabama with a degree in Computer Science, she moved back to her hometown, Atlanta, GA, and became a back-end software developer for AT&T. She is currently pursuing a Full Stack Nanodegree from Udacity.
